of Gardens Season The gardens are open from mid-April to end of October. That is the period when rain is not usually expected. For protection against rain or sun, tents can be set up at short notice. Capacity The Gardens can accommodate 1,000 seated and served guests evenly distributed between the arcades and paved area (400), the grass area (400) and the fountain area (200). This number is reduced to 800 guests for a seated buffet reception. For a cocktail, 1,500 guests can stand comfortably without any congestion. |

Services & Facilities: Inclusive with the hire of the space, we offer the following services and facilities: - Candles in terracotta pots and torches set out along the paved walkways. - General floodlighting and illumination of the palace and gardens. - Emergency electricity generator. - Dance floor. - Evenly distributed fans for cooling the air. - Fully equipped kitchen for the caterers. - Fully equipped, decorated and air conditioned disco for dancing. - Luxurious bathrooms both for Ladies and Gentlemen. - Separate bathrooms and changing rooms for staff. - Co-ordination of all services from beginning to end by Sursock Palace Management to ensure overall smooth operation. |
